Robert Wharton, Senior Associate

Robert focuses exclusively on medical malpractice trial work. In his practice, he has represented the families of injured and deceased elderly patients that were negligently treated in nursing homes, hospitals, and assisted living facilities. Robert has also represented patients harmed through improperly performed surgeries, birth injuries, medication errors, failure to diagnose and failure to treat cases which resulted in serious injury or death.
Experience: Whether it is deposing experts across the U.S., advancing his client’s cases in the courtroom, negotiating case resolutions, or explaining the nuances of their case to clients, Robert Wharton works aggressively to advance the rights of his clients in litigation.
Personal:
When not traveling across the southwest U.S. representing clients, Robert calls north Houston Texas home. There he spends time with his wife Amanda, an assistant district attorney for Harris County. Robert and Amanda are active supporters of Susan G Komen, along with many of the charities listed here.
License & Education: Robert Wharton received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University.
He received his juris doctorate degree from Baylor University School of Law. Robert Wharton is licensed by the State Bar of Texas.
