Odessa American Newspaper Covers McIver Brown Case

ODESSA, TEXAS – McIver Brown medical malpractice attorney Robert Wharton has been featured in a recent article in the Odessa American Newspaper for his work on behalf of the family of a victim of nursing home negligence that led ultimately to a “dinner plate sized bedsore” plaintiff’s assert caused the woman’s untimely death.
In the article, written by Jon Vanderlaan, Mr. Wharton is quoted as saying:
“(It happened) because they didn’t turn her over enough,” he said. “Literally, that’s all they had to do.”
The case was filed in November 2011 in the 358th District Court. The plaintiff’s represented by Mr. Wharton and McIver Brown Law Firm seek $250,000 in damages and recovery of any medical expenses relating to the ulcer.
