McIver Brown’s Summer Associate program involves a competitive hiring process focused on preparing individuals for permanent litigation positions within the firm. Summer Associates are given responsibilities and opportunities equivalent to first and second year permanent associates at medical malpractice defense firms. The goal of the program is to provide an extended interview process for potential future associates and McIver Brown to ensure that the position is a good long-term fit for both parties.
